Trying to realy build up some good nutrients before chemo Wednesday so maybe I won'y be so tired on day 3 & 4.
Here is what I made for my smoothie:
15 spinach leaves-organic, of course
1/2 carrot juice-organic
4 strawberries
about 30 blueberries
1/2 banana
1 heaping TBSP protein powder
3/4 c. almond soy milk.
PLUS enough ice to make it just a little slushie.
MMMMM!!!!!
Sounds delicious. You inspire me to eat well, Just not this week Too much chocolate available :)
